Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item is defective in any way, a return will be accepted within 15 days of confirmed delivery. After the 15th day, any problems due to defects to be returned will not be free and you’ll need to pay for the shipping. We will reimburse you for any return shipping costs when we receive the returned item. If another item is available for exchange, it will be shipped out upon receipt of the returned item.
If you change your mind on an item after it has been paid for and shipped. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we’ll refund you what you’ve paid for the item. If you have purchased and paid for an item, and then change your mind before the item has shipped, we will give you a full refund.
We can’t accept return if the item has been opened and the seals inside and outside have been broken, unless you found it is defective about the content inside after you opened the bottle. If this is the case we’ll give you full refund or to send you a replacement with free shipping. But we’ll need you to send the defective item back to us so that we could show to the manufacture. Of course we’ll reimburse you the shipping cost.
